Mountain Bloom | Phoenix Dancong Oolong Tea Sachets

Floral, honeyed, and made for your mug. Mountain Bloom brings the aroma and flavor of Phoenix Dancong oolong into an ordinary cup. Individually wrapped sachets make it easy to enjoy Chinese tea between tasks, beside a book, or with an afternoon treat—no special teaware needed.

A note from Hellen

I wanted to make the beauty of Chinese tea easier to enjoy in everyday life. I love a slow tea session, but on busy days, I still want a cup with lovely aroma and flavor.

For Mountain Bloom, I selected and blended Phoenix Dancong oolong from Guangdong for its lifted floral aroma, honeyed sweetness, soft fruit notes, and smooth finish. Then I brought it into individual sachets, so an ordinary mug could hold that little tea moment.

Floral notes, a honeyed sweetness, and gentle fruit notes, with restrained bitterness. Start with a short steep and adjust to find the cup you enjoy.

Ingredients: Oolong tea.

How to brew

Hot: Place one sachet in an ordinary mug. Add 10–12 fl oz (300–350 mL) of water at 200°F (93°C). Steep for 60–90 seconds to start, then lift out the sachet and adjust future steeps to taste. You can steep it again.

Cold: Add one sachet to 12–16 fl oz (350–475 mL) of water and refrigerate for 6–8 hours.
